Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the returns portal to ensure your package is tracked and carbon-neutral.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
